Came in for an oil change. They made the process easy peasy. I got to enjoy some coffee while they checked on a few other things. After coming in earlier this year for some more repairs on my car, I feel like I can trust this place and that they’re always honest about their work.

Mr Nate and the team were so helpful I pulled up randomly to check trans and had no fluid at all they helped me out even gave me a set flat price no games no hassles and it was finished in the time estimated I definitely recommend this to you all i promise once they fix it your going to stick with it nooooooo capppppppp ps thank you all Frome datharian

Five stars plus. My 2017 SUV had a total engine failure driving on 75 near Park Lane on Sept 10. I was able to coast into Fix N Go where Chris and his team were able to diagnose the problem in less than 3 hours and THEN contacted the dealer and was able to confirm that an engine warranty would cover nearly 10k for the new engine. Their first call to me included the diagnosis and the full plan for obtaining the warranty repairs. Of course I wasn’t there at that point because I was already in their complimentary loaner vehicle and back to work - and with as LITTLE stress as you could imagine. I have lived in Dallas for 30 years and have never had this level of customer service or quality. And now a new customer for life. Thank you Chris and Fix n Go - you took a lousy break on the highway and made it almost a non- event.

They were quick and efficient even though it was a busy day with walk-ins. There were T-storms and flood warnings the day of my appointment. They let me change my appointment time so I wouldn't have to drive in bad weather. I saw numerous acts of great customer service while I was waiting for my car. They performed my alignment and provided a no pressure quote for a different issue that I needed looked at. Nice experience, overall! I plan to have the additional work done here in January.

I just had to share with everyone and tell them that Fix N Go was a lifesaver for me! Long story short I had a list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle and was worried about having to go so many places to get it done. Well Nate upfront was great and organized, and was able to get my list of things completed in such a quick time all done there at 1 place!! Thank you Nate, bcuz of you and Fix N Go you were able to completely exceed my expectations and deliver an absolute and Superior Service and quality....an completely satisfied customer......lol!!!

I had a fantastic experience with David today. My garage door suddenly stopped working, and he arrived within about 10 minutes of my call — incredibly fast response! He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to get the needed parts right away, coming back in just another 10 minutes. David was very hardworking, professional, and efficient throughout the entire service. The pricing was fair and transparent. After completing the repair, he cleaned up everything, removed the trash, and made sure the garage was spotless. The door now works perfectly. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and reliable. I highly recommend David to anyone who needs garage door service. Thank you for the excellent work!

Went for Wheel bearing hub check on Subaru yesterday, Nathan was so nice, took the car in less than 10 minutes and checked it, have honest opinion that my car doesn’t need new bearing hub, quick and honest response, so wonderful person, what else we can expect from Car mechanic shop. Previously couple of years ago also I had good experience, had oil change done here, very quick and timely service.

Brought in my car that wouldn't start. Had tried another auto shop who said the computer module was faulty. The Fix N Go technicians were able to do a thorough check and found the problem (the module was fine). Nate provided great service with follow up and explanations on the issues found and costs. He was very understanding and patient which helped with stress I was feeling. Very clean and comfortable location for the customers. Would recommend this location for honesty and transparency
